We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address or phone number provided at the time of the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping

We offer shipping within New Zealand and in some cases we able to ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and delays due to unforeseen circumstances. While we endeavour to meet stated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance.

6.2 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
